AccessFintech, developer of a data sharing and workflow collaboration network for the financial industry, has completed a $60 million Series C funding round that brings its total capital raised to $97 million since 2018.
The funding round was led by WestCap, with additional investment from BNY Mellon and Bank of America and further participation from Series B investors Dawn Capital, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Citi Group.
Kevin Marcus, partner at WestCap and former president of Ipreo, and Caroline Butler, BNY Mellon’s global head of custody, will join AccessFintech’s board.
The company, which previously raised $20 million in a Series B round, said it will use the latest financing to expand its collaborative data management network to additional markets.
AccessFintech said its data collaboration network has grown to include more than 100 participants, and the company has expanded its asset class coverage to include derivatives and syndicated loans.
