Betsperts acquired Bleacher Nation. Chicago-based Betsperts is a sports media and technology company focused on analytics and advice for sports betters. Last week, it acquired Bleacher Nation, a sports publication that covers major Chicago teams, in a cash and equity transaction. The acquisition is Betsperts’s fourth in the last 18 months. KeyCare closed its Series A round. Telehealth company KeyCare secured an additional $3 million in funding to close its Series A round at $27 million. The addendum was raised from new investor Ziegler and two health systems. KeyCare raised the initial $24 million for the round back in August. [Built In Chicago]
Fusion92 acquired a Denver-based company. Chicago-based Fusion92 was founded in 1999 and is a marketing transformation company. Last week, it announced it completed the acquisition of Denver-based Big Footprint, a marketing agency specializing in data and search engines. The acquisition closed in December. [PR Newswire]
