Samsung is on an update spree! It has been barely a few weeks since the Galaxy S22 series got the One Ui 5 based Android 13 update, and Samsung is already rolling out the One UI 5 update widely to more Galaxy devices. Just hours ago, we saw the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 get the Android 13 update, and Samsung is already releasing the same for its 2021 foldables. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 are also getting the One UI 5 update, albeit in limited batches.
Those users who signed up for the pre-release beta version of One UI 5 on these devices will get to download the Android 13 update at the moment. The update brings all the goodies and niceties of the One UI 5 interface and some of the other benefits of Android 13. Users will need to check for software update from the Settings menu and wait for the update to start downloading automatically.
If you are yet to see the update notification pop up on your device, just wait for a few days until Samsung broadens the update rolls out. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 are getting the Android 13 OS as the underlying framework, and getting the Google November Security patch.
The One UI 5 update will bring features such as a redesigned lockscreen and customization options, new widget options, Bixby Text Call, One UI modes and more.
Samsung has been selling the Galaxy Z Flip 3 lately at a lower price during the festive sale season. The Flip 3 is currently available on Amazon at a price of Rs. 58999, and for that price, it provides incredible value. The Flip 3 offers a 6.7-inch 120Hz flexible OLED display, a Snapdragon 888 chip, a dual rear camera, and a 1.9-inch Cover Display.
